Public safety, emergencies, natural disasters. A governor's always on call. It's a full-time job. Zach Lane wants it, but he's not a full-time Iowan. Lane lives hundreds of miles away in Kansas, and flight records reveal he flies in and out of Wichita on his private plane to campaign. Lane claims if elected, he'll be in Iowa as much as humanly possible, so it's impossible to know if he'd be here when Iowans need him.
