Ashley Hinson made these healthcare cuts happen. When we look at bills like this, we know we want to cut as much as possible. Hinson voted to cut coverage for 100,000 Iowans, voted for double-digit premium hikes, and to push 20 rural hospitals to the brink of closing. Ashley Hinson turned her back on us.
