I made you a promise when you sent me to Lansing to always put peninsula over politics. Lansing politicians were going to kill our energy production in the UP, but I stopped them. That's not all. I fought to eliminate state property taxes and even worked with our Democratic governor to get us nearly $2 billion in road funding.
